investor company in the city of Indianapolis, Indiana, that helps homeowners get out of the helpless situation of having the
bank foreclose on their property when they are unable to sell it. This is
specially advantageous when the market is down and the home is worth less than
the mortgage balance. What we do is to buy your home at a
mutually agreeable price through a short sale. In a successful short sale the lender
agrees to sell the property to an investor for less than the mortgage balance.
This type of transaction is possible because for the lender it is more expensive to claim the
property through the foreclosure process than to discount the mortgage. More important, selling your home before the lender forecloses will save your credit from getting low scores which will: 1.) Prevent you from paying far more than you should on your next loan. 2.)
Make it easier to rent another place if your landlord uses credit scores to
filter out tenants.
